The name came first.

Before Avid Home Renovations was Angelo’s company, it was his father’s. A truck, a toolbox, and a name painted on the side — carried job to job across Buffalo until the name itself was the guarantee: the work gets finished, and it gets finished right.

That’s the business Angelo Magliulo inherited — not just the tools and the phone number, but every handshake his father ever made good on. In a town like this, a name on a truck either means something or it doesn’t. Keeping it meaning something is the whole job.

Two generations. One standard.

  1. The first generation

His father built the habits this company still runs on: show up when you said you would, quote the job straight, and leave the site cleaner than you found it. No sales act, no fine print — just finished work and a phone that got answered.

  2. The second

Angelo carries it now. He grew up on these job sites — sweeping them, then working them, then running them. Same standards, newer tools: tighter schedules, clearer written quotes, straight answers while the work happens. The name on the truck hasn’t changed, and neither has what it takes to keep it good.

What the name stands for.

Show up.

On the day we said, at the time we said. The schedule is part of the promise, not a suggestion.

Quote straight.

Line-item pricing in writing before the work starts. The number you sign is the number you pay.

Build like it’s ours.

If we wouldn’t live with it in our own house, it doesn’t pass the final walkthrough.
